    A: 50 pieces for exciting items and 100 pieces for new items or your own design.

3. Q: How long is the sample time ? 

     A: 10-15 workdays.

4. Q: How can I get your sample ? Or make my sample ?

     A: We are glad to send you samples you are interested in.

          You could also send us your own designs.

          Sample cost can be discussed according to different value of samples.

5. Q:How long is your production lead time? 

     A:30-45 workdays, but just depend on your order quantity.

7. Q: How to settle payment to you ?

     A: Normally we can accept payment via T/T, L/C at sight...

     Our payment term is 30% deposit against order confirmed and 70% balance paid before delivery.

8. Q: How do you promise your products quality ?

     A: We have 6 steps to check the quality by our professional QC staff:

    We also welcome the Third-party Detection Institution and customers come to check themselves.

       10. Q:How many shipping ways can I choose ?

       A: We arrange the shipment as you require: by SEA, AIR, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex and so on.

11. Q: How to care or protect my leather bags?

       A: 1. Avoid your bags being hit by hard stuff.

            2. Apply brush polish on the bags regularly.

12. Warm tips

      1. The cow suede fade easily. Please keep it away from undertint clothes.

      2. It is normal for the metallic material to slowly fade.

      3. If leather products in different colors touch closely, you might leave scratches on them.

      4. The light color on patent leather product could be altered. Please keep such bags away from any dark 

       color materials.

      5. The metal parts of the handbags may rust in moist days or when exposed to air.

      6. The shiny stones or decorative buckles are made by hand so it might be normal that they drop.

      7. The plastic decorative buckles might break easily. Please don't press it.
