THIS International Women's Day if you're looking for to support your fellow ladies, why not support a female run business?
International Women's Day falls on 8 March 2023, and for those looking to show their support for female founded brands on IWD - and beyond.
From beauty brands, jewellery moguls, independent handbag makers, and gorgeous female fashionistas; there are plenty of women supported, made and ran businesses to shop online and in store.
We have curated some female-led labels across the fashion and beauty industry so we can all support our sisters.
From Ciate to Glossier, Mejuri to Estella Bartlett, Never Fully Dressed to Rixo, there is something to suit everyone's styles and budgets.
Ciate is a popular female founded beuaty brand set up by Charlotte Knight.
Though the brand is famed for it's long lasting nail polish selection, it also stocks a wide range of other beauty buys.
We're huge fans of their I am Woman palette, with 25 shades inspired by forward-thinking, powerful women across history.
Allsaints was set up by Kait Bolongaro and Stuart Trevor, and has stood the test of time thanks to the stunning leather pieces and embellished skirts and dresses we often lust over.
However, for IWD the brand has designed a slogan T-shirt, which will see profits go towards the #ChangeAGirlsLife campaign set out by The Prince's Trust.
Mejuri is a popular jewellery brand amongst influencers, and regularly makes an appearance as we are scrolling through our Instagram feed.
Mejuri - co-founded by CEO Noura Sakkijha - has marked International Women's Day by collaborating with Jenna Lyons in a campaign with international change makers, which centres around the signet pinky ring, a jewellery item most synonymous with males and autonomy.
Estella Bartlett's designs have a soft spot in our hearts, because select jewellery items, from the bracelets to necklaces, come with a message, and are an ideal gift to empower, support and show your appreciation to a friend, relative or lover.
Not only does Estella Bartlett's designs cover jewellery, but also span across trinkets and other keepsakes, and accessories.
Set up by Maris Hordern, her mother Michele and sister Sophie, Missoma is one of our favourite jewellery brands.
With ready to wear, gorgeous, affordable pieces, they have even created unique pieces to raise funds on International Women's Day including this Shine On necklace.
Sezane was founded by female founder, Morgane Sézalory, who left school as a teenager and pursued a career in the fashion business, moving from Kinshasa to Paris in the 90s.
Sezane caters for every shopper's needs, from the iconic knitwear to stunning dresses and figure hugging jeans.
