These golf bags for women are more than just stylish, they can take a load off your back, fit your favorite irons, and more.

Whether you’re a golfing pro or new to tee time, the best women’s golf bags can make a big difference in your game. The ultimate combination of style and function, toting around your clubs can get, well, heavy. But the best ladies’ golf bags can take some of the pressure off of your back, so you can focus on getting a hole-in-one.

Meet the expert: Matt Spiteri, PGA Tour product specialist for Callaway Golf.

There’s actually a lot more involved in looking for a great golf bag than just price. “Material does matter in a golf bag,” says Matt Spiteri, PGA tour product specialist for Callaway Golf. He says climate plays a large role in the type of product you’d want. Whether you live in an area where you get a lot of rain, snow, or even tons of sun all matter. “We make bags that are fully waterproof including zippers,” he notes. “[In places with a lot of sun you] might want to get one that is light in color. If I play a lot and have a dark golf bag it could fade fast compared to living on the East coast where the color will stay longer.”

Spiteri says another aspect to consider is if you’ll carry your bag or stash it in a golf cart—known as a cart bag (bag that you put in your golf cart) vs. a stand bag (one that you often carry and has a stand). “If people usually ride in a cart they can get a little bigger golf bag with more room, more pockets, etc. because they aren’t carrying it or pushing it. If they walk, they want something small and light that will comfortably fit all their clubs and balls, and can be easily carried on their back or in a pushcart,” he notes.

Ahead, find the best women’s golf bags to level up your game. Don’t forget sun protection when you’re teeing up—check out the best sunscreens and visors for women to protect skin from the sun.

Spiteri says this is Callaway’s top-of-the-line carry bag. It’s lightweight (at just 3 lbs.), has durable carbon-fiber legs, and fits a slew of irons. Plus, it has exterior pockets for added organization. “Nice light, low-profile bag. Great for push carts too, doesn’t rub the wheels because of its smallness,” writes one satisfied Amazon shopper. “Also, a very lightweight option for carrying as well. Awesome for the cart-path-only days when you have to lug it back and forth from ball to cart. Lots of times I just tell my playing partner to drive on, I’ll carry the remainder of the whole.”

“Our smallest bag we make but only made to carry a couple of clubs and a couple of things, [this bag] is great for only playing a couple of holes or taking your kids out if you only have an hour so. Super light and has a couple of pockets,” says Spiteri. But reviewers love it too. “Great bag, easy to carry or use with pull/riding cart. Fits my 10 clubs with out banging them up. Has a big enough side pocket for balls, tees, wind jacket and a few other carry alongs. Very large valuable pocket. Light weight and durability is what I like.”

A friend of Prevention, Sue, recommends this golf bag thanks to its light weight and storage space. “Storage is the most important as I usually keep items in the bag for the entire season. Light weight is good when moving and carrying,” she says. “When golfing I usually use a pull cart but it still needs to be light enough to put on the cart. I like the Taylor Made bags that are lightweight.”

Coming in at just above $100, this highly-rated stand golf bag makes for easy toting. This golf stand bag includes four total pockets, including a waterproof valuables pocket, dual carry strap, umbrella holder, towel clip, and rain hood. Reviewers love the bag, too. “This was exactly as advertised. Lightweight and durable. Fits all of my clubs that I need and is so easy to carry. Colors were nice as well. Absolutely love it!” writes one happy Amazon customer.

Spiteri recommends this Callaway bag if you want to keep things super organized. “The ORG 14 takes organization and compatibility to the next level. 14-way top for all your clubs. Pockets include a rapid access pocket, insulated cooler pocket, and accommodating apparel pockets. This one also has a lot of different color options,” he says.

For those that like to walk or use a golf cart, this stand bag has you covered. Though it is definitely a heavier bag, coming in at 6 lbs., it has both carrying straps and a stand. And with over 1,100 Amazon ratings and nearly five stars, customers love it. “This bag has it all, great price, lightweight yet sturdy, and plenty of storage,” writes one satisfied customer. “I was pleasantly surprised when I received it and started transferring my golf clubs and other items into my new bag. Everything is organized with plenty of room to spare. I would recommend it to a friend.”

This highly-rated golf bag comes with some glowing reviews on Amazon. “When the pockets on my old heavy cart bag ripped, I went to Amazon and found the Izzy. It came and appears well made. Since it is brand new I can’t comment on durability,” writes one satisfied shopper. “It’s very light, holds all 14 clubs and related balls and gear. I am a happy customer.”

If you’re looking for something fun and cute to use on your annual golf excursion (note: not every week, but once in a blue moon), then this stand bag by OGIO is a great option. We love the adorable palm tree print and pink lining, but it comes in six other colors and patterns as well. “This turned out to be so much cooler than I thought. Great, sturdy bag with deep pockets that have super cool magnets,” writes one satisfied Amazon shopper.

With nine pockets, 14 top cuff dividers, carrying handles, and a water bottle pocket, this hybrid stand bag is just the thing for those that never hit the green without a reusable water bottle. “This is a great bag to walk with or as cart bag. Has all the features, tons of space. Wasn’t sure about the club dividers, first time I’ve ever had them, but really work well. Plenty of widths on dividers for oversized putter grips as well,” writes one satisfied Dick’s Sporting Goods shopper.
